CHALLENGE
The Keg Room, a new Aussie owned pub and restaurant with craft beverages and a community-focused atmosphere, launched in a highly competitive F&B market. The primary challenge was establishing immediate brand recognition and driving foot traffic and reservations in a populated area with many established venues. They needed to move beyond a soft launch and secure a loyal customer base by highlighting their unique offering and community focus.
APPROACH
Mangrove Marketing executed a targeted PR campaign focused on positioning The Keg Room as the essential go-to local spot, rather than just another pub. META and Google advertising campaigns were created to increase awareness and reservations.
