THE JOB
As a Designer at Mangrove Marketing, you will be a vital part of our Creative Studio, bringing our clients’ stories to life through visually compelling design. You are an imaginative and data-savvy designer with a passion for creating impactful digital assets. This role is for a talented visual communicator who understands the power of design to engage audiences and drive results in the dynamic F&B, Hotels, and Restaurants sectors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in creating and editing both static and motion graphic digital assets.

A Creative & Technical Mind: You have a keen eye for detail and the technical skills to produce stunning visuals optimized for various platforms, including META (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and display ads

Bilingual & Bicultural: Fluent in both English and ideally Arabic, you have the cultural understanding to create content that resonates deeply with local and regional audiences.

Industry Expertise: A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of and experience with clients in the hotels, F&B, and wider hospitality sectors. You know how to visually capture the essence of a dining experience or a luxurious hotel stay.

A Proactive Partner: A resourceful, proactive, and collaborative team player who can translate strategic marketing objectives into powerful visual stories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Design and produce a wide range of static and motion graphic assets for various digital platforms.

– Edit and enhance existing visual content, ensuring it is optimized for performance and platform-specific requirements.

– Collaborate closely with our Paid Media and Content teams to develop ad creative that is both visually striking and data-led.

– Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital ad formats to ensure our creative work remains innovative and effective.
