As a Paid Media Specialist at Mangrove Marketing, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver tangible commercial results for our clients. We are an Abu Dhabi-based agency that works with a diverse range of clients in the F&B, Hotels, and Restaurants sectors. You are a data-led professional who thrives on attracting, engaging, and growing audiences through strategic and compelling paid media campaigns. Your role is to take ideas and bring them to life with performance-driven campaigns that get results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a Paid Media Specialist role, with a strong understanding of creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns on platforms such as Google and META.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and execute paid media strategies and plans across platforms like META (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display).

– Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure maximum return on investment for clients.

– Create, implement, and test various ad campaigns, including paid search (PPC) and paid social.

– Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis.

– Monitor campaign performance and provide regular, data-led reports with actionable insights to clients.

– Collaborate with the creative studio team to ensure ad creative is optimized for performance.
