THE JOB
As a Public Relations Executive at Mangrove Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping the public image of our clients in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the dynamic F&B, Hotels, and Restaurants sectors. This role is for a confident, contemporary, and creatively driven individual who thrives on building compelling narratives and delivering tangible results.

You are a master communicator, with a passion for storytelling and an ability to navigate the media landscape with a results-driven approach. Your expertise will be key to enhancing our clients’ brand visibility and reputation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 2-3 years proven experience in a PR or Communications role, with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE media landscape. Experience working with F&B, hotel, or hospitality brands is a significant plus.

Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

A Creative Mind: A talent for crafting compelling press releases, creative campaigns, and engaging content that secures consistent media coverage.

Strategic & Proactive: A resourceful, proactive, and adaptable team player who can build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

Results-Oriented: A track record of success in securing media coverage and managing PR campaigns. You understand that our success is measured by our clients’ success.

Event Savvy: Experience in coordinating and managing media presence at events, tastings, and activations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement PR strategies and plans for our clients in the F&B, Hotels, and Restaurants sectors.

– Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and media alerts.

– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

– Proactively pitch stories and secure consistent, positive media coverage for our clients.

– Coordinate and oversee media presence at client events and activations.

– Track and monitor media coverage, compiling comprehensive PR reports and sharing key insights.
